We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our Sales Department in Brussels.

Responsibilities

Your Role

As an Account Manager, you will take on a dynamic and multifaceted role, engaging with both our clients and our consultants. You will represent our full range of services, collaborate closely with specialists, and deliver end-to-end technology solutions.

Depending on the client and the project, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and analysing the needs of clients and prospects (from contact-level management to C-suite executives).
  • Translating these needs into tailored solutions and guiding clients towards their desired outcomes.
  • Managing your client portfolio as their main point of contact, fostering long-term relationships while staying informed about industry developments.
  • Building a network of highly skilled consultants.
  • Conducting regular meetings and follow-ups with tech experts.
  • Understanding their skills and motivations, ensuring the right match between their expertise and client needs for future projects.

Qualifications

Your Profile

You’ll be an ideal fit for this role if you share our values and demonstrate the following:

  • A master’s degree, with a first experience in a commercial and/or people-focused role.
  • A native level in French or Dutch, and professional level in English.
  • A keen interest in technology and innovation.
  • Strong knowledge of the Belgian market.
  • A natural ability to engage with clients in a professional and approachable manner.
  • Strong empathy and the ability to inspire confidence in both clients and candidates.
  • A proactive mindset, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • A team-oriented attitude, always willing to find solutions and collaborate.

In short, you are goal-driven, entrepreneurial, and possess an innate sense of leadership!
