Collaboration Betters The World (CBTW), is a company providing tech et business solutions to its clients, through the expertise of its 9 service lines.  

As a Project Manager you will join our Smart Industrial Solutions service line, where we are integrating smart automation and process engineering, we drive manufacturing excellence, leveraging Industry 4.0 technologies to enhance performance, reduce costs, and ensure eco-friendly operations. 

What is your role? 

You will be part of a journey where you will have two impacts: a client impact and an internal impact. For the internal impact, based on your skills and time, you will be joining our internal Digital Manufacturing community at CBTW, to share knowledge and best practices. For the client impact, tasks can vary depending on the client and the project, but as a Project Manager, you will mainly: 

• Client Impact: You will be responsible for:
  • Defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to guide execution.
  • Managing resources effectively, including assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment across disciplines.
  • Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, standards, and client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Leading progress reviews with clients and internal stakeholders, providing clear updates on status, milestones, and adjustments as needed.
  • Driving continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and applying best practices to future projects.
• Internal Impact: Act as a mentor and leader within the organization, sharing insights and expertise to strengthen project management capabilities across the team.

What is your profile?

You: 

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Have experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles, particularly in manufacturing, industrial, or technical environments.
• Are proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Primavera) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams toward common goals.
• Excel in stakeholder communication, able to balance technical depth with clear and concise updates for diverse audiences.
• Have a strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Are native in French or Dutch, with proficiency in English.
