Collaboration Betters The World (CBTW), is a company providing tech et business solutions to its clients, through the expertise of its 9 service lines.

As a CSV engineer you will join our Life Science Solution service line, where we are providing comprehensive support in Quality Assurance and Industrialization to revolutionize the Healthcare and Medical Devices sectors.

You will be part of a journey where you will have two impacts: a client impact and an internal impact. For the internal impact, based on your skills and time, you will be joining our internal Life Science Community at CBTW, to share knowledge and best practices. For the client impact, tasks can vary depending on the client and the project.

What will you do ?

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will mainly :

• Draw up procedures, help to bring documents into line with standards and ensure compliance with quality system standards (GMP and ISO).
• Be responsible for resolving quality events (deviations, anomalies, non-conformities) in conjunction with the various departments concerned (production, QC, methods, maintenance, etc.).
• Ensure that corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and change control (CC) are implemented and monitored.
• Participate in the preparation and performance of internal audits.

Your Profile

• Hold a master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of the regulatory framework related to the healthcare industry (ISO, GMP, GLP, GMP, etc.).
• Native French or Dutch speaker, and professional proficiency in English.
