Who are we?

Collaboration Betters The World (CBTW), is a company providing tech et business solutions to its clients, through the expertise of its 9 service lines.  

As a Product Owner you will join our Product Design & Growth service line, where are designing products that captivate and grow markets, blending aesthetics with functionality.

What is your role?

You will be part of a journey where you will have two impacts: a client impact and an internal impact. For the internal impact, based on your skills and time, you will be joining our internal Product Innovation & Strategy community at CBTW, to share knowledge and best practices. For the client impact, tasks can vary depending on the client and the project, but as a Product Owner, you will mainly: 

• Create, maintain & prioritize the product backlog, ensuring a clear roadmap for development
• Organizing workshops, design sprint, etc,...
• Drive one or more scrum teams, actively participating in sprint planning meetings to align goals
• Engage with customers to gather detailed requirements and effectively communicate them to the development team, fostering a shared understanding
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the product lifecycle
• Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
• Collaborate with the Scrum Master to effectively organize sprint review meetings, facilitating discussions and capturing insights

What is your profile?

• Between 4-8 years of experience in the digital field as Business Analyst / Product Owner / Product Manager or Project Manager
• Trilingual (french/dutch/english) is a significant advantage
• Hold a bachelor or a master degree 
• A first experience in consulting is a plus
• Experience with agile project management & scrum are a must
