What service line will you be part of?
As a Product Owner, you will join our Strategy, Product & Transformation service line.
Strategy, Product & Transformation is CBTW’s service line dedicated to supporting organizations from strategic vision to market launch, while ensuring the right organizational alignment throughout a seamless and integrated journey.
We help our clients make the right strategic choices, design meaningful digital products, structure the organization required to support them, and successfully bring them to market.
Our clients rely on us to:
· Clarify strategic direction,
· Define their priorities and long-term vision,
· Turn their ideas into usable digital products validated by users,
· Align organizations with technology,
· Navigate technological complexity,
· Deliver transformation from vision to execution.
What will you do?
· Create, maintain & prioritize the product backlog, ensuring a clear roadmap for development,
· Organizing workshops, design sprint, etc,
· Drive one or more scrum teams, actively participating in sprint planning meetings to align goals,
· Engage with customers to gather detailed requirements and effectively communicate them to the development team, fostering a shared understanding,
· Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the product lifecycle,
· Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution,
· Collaborate with the Scrum Master to effectively organize sprint review meetings, facilitating discussions and capturing insights.
Who are you?
· Hold a bachelor's or a master's degree,
· Between 6-10 years of experience in the digital field as Business Analyst / Product Owner / Product Manager or Project Manager,
· Trilingual (French/Dutch/English) is a significant advantage,
· Experience with agile project management & scrum are a must,
· A first experience in consulting is a plus,
