Who are we?

Collaboration Betters The World (CBTW), is a company providing tech et business solutions to its clients, through the expertise of its 9 service lines.  

As a Business and Functional Analyst, you will join our Strategy & Governance service line, where we are shaping visionary strategies and robust governance to drive sustainable business successes. 

What is your role?

You will be part of a journey where you will have two impacts: a client impact and an internal impact. For the internal impact, based on your skills and time, you will be joining our internal analysts’ community at CBTW, to share knowledge and best practices. Our analysts’ members gather every Wednesday at noon for a weekly catch-up, to discuss about news in the industry, interesting projects and so on. For the client impact, tasks can vary depending on the client and the project, but as a Business and Functional Analyst, you will mainly: 

• Be the bridge between the business (e.g., senior management, sales, marketing, etc.) and the technical team (e.g., developers)
• Analyze, challenge and model business needs, thanks to modeling tools like UML or BPMN
• Analyze process, do the AS-IS and TO-BE gap analysis and propose improvements
• Communicate with key stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into detailed specifications for IT, write detailed functional specifications for developers and analyse the impact
• Break business needs into user stories
• Create business process and functional documentation and workflows using diagrams
• Work closely with the IT to ensure technical feasibility before developments
• Define and handle the test phases
• Make sure the documentation is up-to-date

What is your profile?

You: 

• Have at least a bachelor degree
• Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position

• Speak fluently English, Dutch, and French 
• Preferably have a background or experience in IT
• Preferably have experience with tools like UML, BPMN, Jira, Confluence
